Metalika SVP-533 DB Concrete block making machine

Concrete block making machine SVP-533 DB is self-propelled, hydraulic vibrating press (vibro-press). Machine for concrete blocks leaves pruducts on concrete floor in movable operation or optionally, on production pallet when is stacionary. Concrete block machine SVP-533 DB needs vibrating table to work as stationary. Product height is from 6-33 cm (5 blocks 20*20*40 cm) when movable. In movable operation machine (vibropress) can produce only hollow blocks and similar products. In order to produce concrete curbstones and pavers machine must be equipped with vibrating table. Vibrating table is sold separately. Capacity of production concrete blocks depends how big is mold for concrete block. The machine is operated through electric and hidraulic commands. Concrete is transported in a classic construction cart, and mold is lifted through a hidraulic command. The machine is moved in all directions via hydroengines.
